广西壮族自治区体育局江南训练基地

一、简介

坐落在南宁市区内邕江南岸的广西体育局江南训练基地占地35公顷，地处江南路11号，紧靠邕江一桥，交通便捷，环境优美，绿树成荫，训练场馆与楼房错落有致。

目前，基地拥有游泳馆、跳水馆、综合练习馆、手球馆、体操馆、散打跆拳道馆、举重馆、技巧蹦床馆、武术馆、羽毛球馆、乒乓球馆、篮球馆、田径场、足球场、网球场等28个训练场馆。这些场馆既可保证运动队训练的需要，又可承办国内外比赛和接待区外、国外运动队训练。近年来，先后有越南、韩国、新西兰、日本、智利、新加坡、缅甸、马来西亚、菲律宾等多个国家的运动队到基地训练。

基地前身为广西体育工作大队，始建于1958年11月，至今已有四十余年历史，是发展广西竞技体育事业的大本营，是世界冠军的摇篮。基地最早称为广西体育集训大队，1972年元月，更名为广西体育工作大队（简称广西体工大队）；2002年5月，广西竞技体育管理体制进行改革，广西体工大队分为江南训练基地、广西田径运动发展中心、广西水上运动发展中心、广西乒乓球羽毛球运动发展中心、广西体操武术运动发展中心、广西重竞技运动发展中心和广西球类运动发展中心七个单位，由广西体育局直接管理。

40年来，基地所驻各运动队担负着广西竞技体育几十个项目的集训和比赛任务，现设田径、游泳、蹼泳、跳水、水球、篮球、手球、网球、乒乓球、羽毛球、体操、技巧、蹦床、艺术体操、武术、散打、举重、古典式摔跤、自由式摔跤、柔道、拳击、跆拳道和帆板二十三个项目。在训运动员480人，现拥有教练员104人，其中国家级教练9人，高级教练25人，中级教练50人。

四十多年来，基地经历了从小到大、从弱到强的发展过程。经过“灵、小、短、水”优势战略的实施及几代体育工作者的辛勤耕耘，从七十年代起，广西优势体育项目的尖子运动员开始登上了亚洲乃至世界体育高峰，为祖国、为广西争取了很高的荣誉。在广西竞技体育发展史上，涌现出了肖明祥、王维俭、梁戈亮、李宁、吴数德、韦晴光、李孔政、农群华、吴文凯、唐灵生、莫慧兰、谈舒萍、兰世章、周蜜、李婷等一大批享誉国际体坛的体育精英。截止2004年，基地所驻运动队各项目运动员经过努力拼搏，历年共获奥运会金牌七枚，获世界冠军115次，获亚洲冠军205次，获全国冠军854次。

1989年，为提高运动员的文化素质，基地成立了“广西职工体育运动技术学校”，对运动员实施“小学——初中——成人中专”文化教育，并先后与武汉体育学院、广州体育学院、广西师范大学联合开办大学教育。现共有在校生近600人。

根据运动队的需要，基地成立了“广西体育运动创伤专科医院”，内设运动创伤科、骨伤科、医学影像科、检验科等科室及康复中心，配有先进的理疗仪器，对运动员的训练进行医务监督、营养研究和运动创伤治疗等，并可接待外诊治疗。

另外，基地建有完善的后勤配套设施，有可供千人同时就餐的、设施一流的五环餐厅，有服务部、招待所和一支素质良好的保安队。

在不断发展和充实自身能力的同时，各中心运动队和基地还积极开展国际体育交流活动，常组队到国外访问或接待国外体育团体，足迹遍布世界五大洲，多年来有十余个项目的70名教练员应邀派往国外执教。

二、主要职责

l 、负责基地本级的财务管理和共用经费的管理；协助管理驻地各运动发展中心的专项经费、单项协会经费以及广西壮族自治区体育局授权管理的其他经费；

2 、负责基地范围内训练场、馆，体育器材的管理和维护；

3 、负责承担各运动发展中心的行政管理和后勤服务工作；

4 、承办广西壮族自治区体育局交给的其他工作任务。

Introduction

Situated in southern Yong River of Nanning city, Jiangnan physical training center of Guangxi Sports Bureau occupies 35 hectares. It locates in number 11, Jiangnan Road with convenient transportation and exquisite environment closely near the First Bridge of Yong River. The combination of training halls and buildings is pleasingly asymmetrical.

There are 28 training halls in the center at present including swimming hall, diving hall, comprehensive training hall, handball hall, gymnastics hall, free wrestling and boxing hall, weight-lifting hall, trampoline and spring hall, wushu hall, badminton hall, table tennis hall, basketball gym, track and field ground, soccer field, tennis court, tec, which not only can guarantee the need of sports teams’ training but also undertake matches sponsored at home and abroad and receive sports teams from other provinces or foreign countries. In recent years, many foreign sports teams have trained in the base successively, such as Vietnam, South Korea, New Zealand, Japan, Chile, Singapore, Burma, Malaysia and Philippines.

With the previous reinoamation as Guangxi Sports Work Team, Jiangnan physical training base was founded in November 1958. So far, it has a history of more than 40 years, being the head quarter of developing Guangxi sports and the cradle of cultivating world champions. The previous name of Jiangnan Training Base was Guangxi physical Training Team. While in January 1972 it has been renamed as “Guangxi Sports Work Team.” (Abreviates as Guangxi Ti Gong Team). In may 2002, as the managing system of Guangxi athletic contests being reformed, the Guangxi Ti Gong Team has been divided into 7 centers: Jiangnan training center Guangxi track and field developing center, Guangxi aquatic sport developing center, Guangxi table tennis and badminton developing center, Guangxi gymnastics and wushu debeloping center, Guangxi track and field developing center and Guangxi ball games developing center, which directly direct by Guangxi Sports Bureau.

Since 40 years, all teams in the base undertake the task of more than 10 events’training and competition for Guangxi. At present, 23 events have been set up; they are track and field swimming, diving, water polo, basketball, handball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, Gymnastics, trampoline, spring, rhythmit gymnastics wushu, wrestling, weight lifting Greco-Roman, free-style wrestling, judo, boxing, kickboxing, windsurting. Now we have 480 athletes in training and 104 coaches, including 9 national-level coaches, 25 high-level coaches and 50 middle-level coaches.

Since the establishment of 40years, Jiangnan physical training center has a developing process from weakness to powerful. For practising the leading strategy of “Flexible, Small, Short, Water” and with the efforts of generations sports workers, the excellent athletes in the superior events of Guangxi have gradually reached the peak of sports field in Asia even in the world, earning a high reputation for China and Guangxi. In the history of Guangxi athletic contests, appearing many athlteic elites who enjoy good reputations in the international sports field, such as Xiao Mingxiang, Wang Weijian, Liang Geliang, Li Ning, Wu Shude, Wei Qingguang, Li Kongzheng, Nong Qunhua, Wu Wenkai, Tang Lingsheng, Mo Huilan Tan Shuping, Lan Shizhang, Zhou Mi, Li Ting. By the end of 2004, through their hardwork and diligence, the athletes of all events in the Jiangnan center have won 7 golden medals in the Olympic Games, 115 times world championship, 205 times Asian championship and 854 times nationsa championship.

In 1989, in order to improve the culture quality of athletes, the Jiangnan physical training center set up the “Guangxi workers and staff members sports school”, with total students of nearly 600. The school carries out the culture education to the athletes with the period from primary school to middle school to adults’ technical secondary school. The center also carries out the joint university education with Wuhan Physical Culture College, Guangzhou Physical Culture College, Guangxi Normal University.

To meet the needs of athletes’ teams, the center established Guangxi physical culture wounds specialty hospital with department of sports wounds, department of orthopedics, department of medical science portrait, department of examination, rehabilitation center and so on. With the advanced physiotherapy equipment, the hospital not only help the athletes training with medical supervision, nutrition research and wounds treatment but also receive the treatment from the public.

In addition, the center has completely rear-training security personnel team and a first-clsaa five rings restaurant which can accommodate thousands of people at the same time

At the time of continual development and fulfillment of capability, the base and every key sport teams also positively communicate with international sports teams. They often visit abroad and receive the foreign sports teams. Their trace covers five continents of the world. For many years, there are 70 coaches of more than 10 events being invited to teach abroad.
